The Board of Directors of MClean Technologies Berhad ("MClean") wishes to announce that MClean Advance Carrier Pte Ltd (“MClean Advance”) (formerly known as Techsin Technologies (S) Pte Ltd) (“Vendor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MClean had on 11 July 2016 entered into the Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with MClean Technologies Pte Ltd (“MClean Singapore”) (“Purchaser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Magnetronics Technology Pte Ltd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MClean, to carry out the internal group restructuring (“Proposed Internal Restructuring”).

The details of the Proposed Internal Restructuring are set out in the attachment.
