We refer to the announcements made on 10 September 2019, 17 September 2019 and 26 September 2019 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of MClean, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 27 September 2019, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for up to 26,254,000 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement subject to the following conditions:

(i) MClean and TA Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements (“Listing Requirements”) pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

(ii) MClean and TA Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and

(iii) MClean to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
