We refer to the announcements dated 26 May 2017, 29 May 2017 and 1 June 2017 in relation to the Proposed LTIP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the LTIP is 30 October 2017, which is the date of full compliance of the LTIP in accordance with rule 6.44(1) of the Listing Requirements.
