We refer to the announcements made on 5 June 2015, 9 June 2015, 28 August 2015, 4 September 2015 and 21 September 2015 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the following agreements have been executed today in relation to the SSA: a) a shareholders’ agreement between MClean, Decor and DWZ; and b) a stakeholder agreement between MClean, Decor, DWZ and TMF Trustees Malaysia Berhad.
