We refer to the announcements made on 8 October 2024, 9 October 2024, 13 November 2024, 22 November 2024 and 16 December 2024 in relation to the Corporate Exercises (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 26 December 2024 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.270 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price is at a discount of RM0.0285 or approximately 9.55% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of MClean Shares up to and including 24 December 2024 (being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date) of RM0.2985 per MClean Share.
