We refer to the announcements made on 27 May 2022, 15 June 2022, 21 September 2022, 4 November 2022 and 11 November 2022 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On 16 November 2022, the Company had submitted an application to Bank Negara Malaysia for MClean’s foreign investment in JCS Biotech Pte Ltd on the payment of consideration for the Proposed Acquisition pursuant to Bank Negara Malaysia’s Foreign Exchange Policy Notices on the investment in foreign currency asset.
On behalf of the Company, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bank Negara Malaysia had vide its letter dated 15 February 2023 approved MClean’s foreign investment in JCS Biotech Pte Ltd on the payment of consideration for the Proposed Acquisition pursuant to Bank Negara Malaysia’s Foreign Exchange Policy Notices on the investment in foreign currency asset.
